Or ... "Now What do I do on Saturday morning?"
I am not enjoying recovery at all.
I have learned this about myself - I have absolutely no patience with my own physical limitations.
I am counting the days until I can run again.
*big sigh*

Sometimes the recovery is difficult that is for sure. It is really good for us though.
Thanks, Jason.
I am trying to remember that it is a temporary situation.
It is difficult, to be sure.
But recovery is imperative, and you will be glad at mile 18 or so that you let yourself heal.
(((Mile 18))) I hope I'll make it that far.
Ken, I know what you are saying is true. I do not know how you had the patience you did last Summer.
Just this little bit of time off running is making me crazy.
Not easy, of course.
Just focus on the longer term goal of continuing to run healthily and pain-free for years. Running now means trading all of that in for what will end up being a short, painful, and unfulfilling run.
I understand.
I don't like it, but, I understand.
:-)
Linda, is there anything you need to paint? Like furniture or a wall? That might help.
HA!
Mary, there actually is a whole bathroom that needs painting.
Not a bad idea.
Thanks!
Mary, don't give her any ideas. Linda would find it very relaxing if I paint the bathroom.
That's only because you are sooooo much better at it, Jesse!
